Billity AI does not sell your personal data or your customers' personal data to any third party. SMS opt-in records and mobile subscriber information are never shared with any third party — including other businesses in the Billity AI Network — for marketing or promotional purposes. This is reflected in our Network Agreement §4.2 and Privacy Policy §9.4.
